Update: RFL issues warning regarding replica website

WARNING – FAKE RECLAIM FUND WEBSITE

Persons unknown have recently been operating a fake Reclaim Fund website at www.reclaimfund.ltd.  This appeared to be an attempt to defraud members of the public.

We are glad to report that the website has now been disabled.  However, those behind it may still attempt to mount phishing or other cyber attacks using the Reclaim Fund name, or set up a new cloned website.

While plainly we cannot accept any liability for any losses suffered as a result of any such frauds, we would nonetheless advise our stakeholders to be vigilant for emails and other communications purporting to come from us, particularly if they ask for banking or other details, or ask for payment (e.g. of an outstanding invoice) to a new and/or unfamiliar bank account. Reclaim Fund does not hold any personal data on individual dormant accounts and would never ask you for any personal information of any nature with regards to individual dormant accounts.
