RFL achieve Investors in People Gold Accreditation

RFL is delighted to announce that we have achieved a Gold accreditation Investors in People (IiP) Award. Recognised the world over, IiP accreditation demonstrates a clear commitment to the people who make up an organisation. With its Gold award, RFL is thrilled to be joining the top 16% of accredited organisations across the UK, who believe in realising the potential of their people.

An improvement on RFL’s previous Silver accreditation, Head of Operations and Finance, Diane Millward commented ‘We take our obligations to our people seriously and are proud that the values of RFL reflect the ethos of all that work here’.

RFL will hold the accreditation for 3 years.
