International Women’s Day 2021 #ChooseToChallenge

‘This year’s International Women’s Day (Monday 8 March 2021) focuses on #ChooseToChallenge and the last year has certainly posed its own challenge in both our personal and professional lives. Despite this, our team has remained dedicated and it is great to see their reflective thoughts in this homemade film.

I am proud of the talent across the whole of the RFL team. We have a strong ethos of professional development, offering skill enhancement training, supporting wellbeing and ongoing learning which has been recognised in attaining an Investors in People Gold accreditation standard in 2020. We recognise the importance of a gender balanced workforce and this is demonstrated across the whole of our business from the Board to our operational team.’
